Oshie WebLabs provides web design, development, and digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal agreed upon by both parties.
3. Project Scope and Revisions
Project scope, revisions, and deliverables will be defined within the individual project agreement. Additional revisions or features outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and revised timelines.
4. Hosting, Domain, and Maintenance
Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing hosting, domain renewals, maintenance, and third-party service fees remain the responsibility of the client.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Oshie WebLabs and its licensors. Upon full payment for our services, clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables as outlined in their specific project agreements. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets (such as text content, logos, and images), and approvals. Delays in client responses may result in corresponding extensions to project timelines.
7. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be detailed in the project proposal. A non-refundable deposit is typically required to commence work. Final payment is due upon project completion or before the final files are transferred or the website is launched.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Oshie WebLabs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
